is under maintenance
Dear users,
We would like to inform you that an operation to migrate customers using the Virtual Agent chatbot solution from the Flexible Engine cloud to Microsoft Azure France will take place during the 22 and the 23 July 2024.
Impact of the operation :
The bots will continue to operate normally throughout the night, with a possible service outage of 3 to 5 minutes.
The bot management platform will be inaccessible from Monday 22/07 at 6pm (Paris, UTC +2) to Wednesday 24/07 at 2pm (Paris, UTC +2).
Migration stages :
Monday 7pm: Bot backoffice will no longer be accessible - message on the backoffice indicating that the platform is inaccessible
Monday night and Tuesday: data migration from Flexible Engine to the Microsoft Azure environment
Wednesday morning :
Check on the new platform that the data is up to date and that the bots are working (several bots will be tested).
If ok: redirect the flow from the FE pf to the microsoft azure pf. Redirection of the flow will take place gradually (30 minutes) until 100% is switched over to Azure.
Bots may be inaccessible to end-customers for 3 to 5 minutes during this redirection.
If ko, redirection of flows back to FE
Backoffice reactivation after migration
This operation is covered by a redundancy mechanism and an immediate rollback procedure. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The FE environment will be kept for a few days to ensure that everything is OK.
