At Smartly.AI, our journey began in 2012 with a simple yet powerful idea: to revolutionize the creation of voice interfaces and bring intelligence to connected objects, from robots and cars to even connected pressure cookers. Frustrated by the limitations of existing solutions, we set out to develop a platform that would simplify and enhance the creation of these interfaces.

Our dedicated team of passionate developers and natural language understanding (NLU) experts embarked on a path of continuous innovation. We listened to the needs of our users, gathered feedback, and refined our platform to meet the evolving demands of modern businesses. As voice technology advanced with the introduction of Alexa and Google Home, we launched the first no-code platform for creating voice applications on these devices, earning the prestigious title of Alexa Champion.

Since 2016, we have focused on chatbots, achieving remarkable success in the banking, telecommunications, and governmental sectors. We have also developed internal bots to assist employees, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Our efforts have led to significant growth, particularly in France and Africa, where we have expanded our presence since 2020.
